Virtual Psychotherapy
Therapy in the familiarity of your own sacred space.
Teletherapy provides a convenient and low-risk way to access psychotherapy from the comfort and security of your home. I offer virtual therapy sessions to clients throughout California, making support easily accessible wherever you are. My approach integrates trauma-informed somatics, mindfulness, and energy practices, helping clients discover the continuous, and often mysterious dialogue between their body’s signals and their mind’s perceptions. Building a relationship between the body and the mind is one of my foundational goals for all clients.
How we will work together:
Together we will explore both the past and present and get to know your story and your body's unique language & responses. I feel strongly that once one has the opportunity to deepen their own awareness of their being (body-mind-spirit), a sense of freedom can be experienced, as well as agency to feel, release and let go of all you may be holding or that which is holding you back.
I deeply value creativity, curiosity and approach therapy from a somatic, intuitive, empathic and deeply relational place. I feel that the body is a holder of immense wisdom and memory on a spiritual, emotional and transgenerational level and therefore the inclusion of the body is essential.
I call my approach: Integrative Somatic Psychotherapy, and draw upon the following:
Transpersonal (spiritual) practices
Body-awareness & Movement techniques (rooted in Somatic Experiencing & Sensorimotor Psychotherapy)
Social Justice orientation & Anti-Racist foundation
IFS & Parts work
Guided meditation & imagery
Trauma-informed practice
Mindfulness
Expressive Art Therapy modalities
Additional modalities that can be weaved into the work:
EMDR
Brainspotting
Reiki & Energy Work
Past Life Regression Hypnosis
“The doors to the world of the wild self are few but precious.
If you have a deep scar, that is a door,
if you have an old, old story, that is a door.
If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door.
If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door. ”
